3.1 Minimum Age

• To open an account and use services on fr55, a member must be 21 years of age or older.
• If age verification reveals that a member is under 21, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the total of the deposit and bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.
• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per member.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• fr55 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant account will be cancelled and the bonus and winnings will be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts from the same person, household, or IP address will be considered bonus abuse.

5.3 VIP Programme

The fr55 VIP programme has four tiers. The opportunities to advance through the tiers and the associated benefits are as follows:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on a member's activity, and fr55 makes decisions by considering the relevant criteria.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except for specific cash-out options).
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, fr55 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the funds for the relevant bet will be refunded, though specific rules may apply.
• If evidence of fraud or match-fixing is found in any result, the relevant bet will be cancelled.

6.2 Maximum Bet Limits

fr55 may set maximum bet limits for various events and games. These limits will apply at specific times on the platform and are subject to change.

6.3 Live Betting

Odds may change quickly when betting on live events. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will be considered final.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.

9.1 fr55's Rights

fr55 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close the account of any member in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• Due to regulatory or legal requirements.
• At the member's request.

9.2 Member's Rights

A member may request the closure of their account at any time. All valid funds will be processed before the account is closed. However, if any bonus conditions have not been met, those funds will not be returned.
